We are looking for a dedicated individual to join a dynamic team, playing a crucial role in the lifecycle management of essential equipment. You will be instrumental in preparing, deploying, and maintaining devices, directly contributing to the productivity and success of the entire organization. Your work will ensure that our colleagues are always equipped with reliable, up-to-date technology, making a tangible difference in their daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the inventory and preparation of devices, moving equipment from stock to the build area.

* Perform comprehensive device imaging for new hires, break-fix scenarios, and equipment refreshes.

* Set up and configure devices on the network for new employees, ensuring immediate connectivity.

* Collaborate with internal support teams for efficient shipping, receiving, and updating of asset records.

* Maintain accurate asset information across various platforms, including database and internal sites.

* Execute data wiping procedures on mobile devices, preparing them for disposal or refurbishment.

* Handle the physical logistics of equipment, including lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs.

* Contribute to various miscellaneous tasks within the equipment depot to support overall operational success.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Proven experience in IT support, particularly with device imaging, deployment, and asset management.

* Familiarity with network setup and configuration for end-user devices.

* Experience with data wiping and preparing equipment for disposal or reuse.

* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inventory and updating records.

* Proficiency in using asset management systems and internal collaboration platforms.
