You will be instrumental in building a groundbreaking solution that unifies complex systems, leverages advanced analytics, and empowers data-driven decision-making.

We are seeking a visionary individual to join our team and drive the design of a pivotal new platform. In this role, you will be at the heart of optimizing clinical study execution, transforming day-to-day operations for study teams. Your expertise will be critical in creating a unified, intelligent tool that integrates disparate systems, applies analytics and AI-enabled decision-making, and introduces powerful scenario planning capabilities. • Lead the prioritization of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) features and strategically plan for future enhancements to scale the experience effectively.
  • Establish baseline User Experience (UX) metrics and define ambitious targets for continuous improvement.
  • Develop compelling concept screens and facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and drive iterative design refinements.

  • Collaborate closely with the delivery team, providing design support throughout the build process in an agile and iterative development cycle.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
  • Expertise in conducting qualitative user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience working within an agile development framework and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and gather constructive feedback.
  • HUGE PLUS: Experience with data visualization design and best practices.
