Team Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at TransUnion, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our Marketing Solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering technical expertise and support to help them achieve their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients, ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Audience engagements, and serve as the client advocate by addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This role will report directly to the Manager of Technical Account Management. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
  • A minimum of4+yearsof experience in technical account management or delivery operations, specific toMarTech/AdTechindustry
  • Proficient in Excel; Advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas are a plus.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
  • Solution Implementation: Translate client business requirements into technical solutions using TransUnion's Marketing Solutions. Manage onboarding and deployment, ensuring best practices for integration, scalability, and compliance. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on TransUnion's Marketing Solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams. Experience with developer tools and APIs is a plus.
  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. Provide status updates and performance reports. Identify process improvements and document key insights.
  • Delivery Excellence: Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed specifications, while supporting client retention and growth through proactive engagement and value-added solutions.
  • Client Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients maximize solution value.

Pay Scale Information: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
