Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Blacksburg, VA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Partner with hiring managers to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy.
  • Support the business and assigned functional areas with acquiring talent, including attending townhall meetings and business update meetings for various initiatives.
  • Identify and partner with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations.
  • Plan and coordinate on-site company hiring events, represent client at local job-
  • fairs, and participate in any industry-related networking events.
  • Proactively source candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens to qualify and present candidates to the hiring teams.
  • Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers.
  • Compose and post attractive job advertisements.
  • Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 40 hours/week - 1 st shift.
Length: Contract (6 month)
Payrate: $ 28.85-$38.46 /hour

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting and hiring in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, inclusive of managing a high-volume requisition load.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to build strong relationships and enact influence with business partners of all levels.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to act with urgency.
  • Have a resourceful and creative ability to attract talent.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
