Low Voltage Cabling Technicians - Entry to Experienced Commercial Projects \| Route 495 Corridor, Northern MA \| Contract-to-Hire TEKsystems is consistently hiring Low Voltage Cabling Technicians for ongoing commercial projects along the Route 495 corridor in northern Massachusetts. Whether you're just breaking into the trade or you've been pulling cable for years, we want to talk to you. We have multiple openings right now - and more coming. If you're looking for steady work in the low voltage trade close to home, this is worth your time. These are contract-to-hire positions - meaning if you show up, work hard, and do the job right, there's a permanent role waiting at the end of it. What You'll Be Doing * Pulling and terminating Cat6 cable on active commercial job sites * Performing punch downs and assisting with structured cabling installations * Working across a variety of commercial environments along the 495 corridor * Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized What You Need * Some hands-on experience with cabling, installation, or construction - entry level candidates are welcome * Familiarity with Cat6 cabling, punch down tools, and structured cabling is a plus * Reliable transportation to job sites along the Route 495 corridor * Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a crew * Willingness to learn and build your skills in the trade Why This Role * Contract-to-hire - do good work and this becomes a permanent position * Consistent openings - we place cabling techs in this area regularly, so if the timing isn't right today, apply anyway and we'll keep you in mind * Steady commercial work in your own backyard along the 495 corridor * A real path to grow in the low voltage trade, Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Woburn, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
