Client Services Specialist (OnSite) Tucson, AZ 85711 Onsite \| ContracttoHire * * About the Role We're hiring Client Services Specialists to join a growing, highvolume customer support team in Tucson. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls from customers who already have an existing loan and are calling in for assistance. This is a callcenterbased, customer service role focused on billing support, payment processing, and account assistance. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with call center, billing, banking, or loan servicing experience who enjoy helping customers, multitasking, and working in a structured, fastpaced environment. What You'll Do * Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls * Answer customer questions and provide accurate, timely solutions * Assist customers with ACH setup and cancellations * Process payments, adjustments, and credits * Calculate loan payments and explain billing details clearly * Assist customers with logging into the online payment portal * Process and manage mail correspondence * Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems * Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining excellent customer care Required Qualifications * 2+ years of call center experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Comfortable handling 80+ calls per day * Proficient with computers, internet navigation, and multiple software applications * Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities * Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability * Stable work history (short stints acceptable if explainable Schedule & Training/All onsite role * Training: * Week 1: Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM * Week 2: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM * Week 3: Nesting on assigned schedule * After training: Assigned schedule between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, based on business needs * Overtime availability required when needed Compensation & Growth * Starting pay: $18.00/hour * ContracttoHire opportunity * Upon direct hire: * $1.00 increase initially * Up to $3.00 additional increases as skills and responsibilities are added * Annual performance reviews with pay increase eligibility Benefits & Perks * Medical, Dental, Vision * 401(k) * Sick pay and paid holidays * PTO accrual: * Year 1: 40 hours * After 2 years: 70 hours * Years 3-5: 120 hours * Twicemonthly catered lunches * Monthly incentives and gift card drawings * Clear growth paths for high performers Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.
