- A minimum of 8 years of progressive recruitment experience to include recruitment and managing a variety of talent acquisition teams
- 5 years of Health care Recruitment leadership experience
- A minimum of 5 years proven track record leading and high performing talent acquisition teams
- Experience with leading organizations in organizational development, talent acquisition, talent development or talent management necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Successful track record to create innovative, progressive approaches to talent acquisition and candidate sourcing methodologies.
- Strong analytical abilities, exceptional financial and business acumen and operational management vision.
Responsibilities: As a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will:
- Developing and implementing innovative, creative and cost-effective approaches for sourcing and selection that generate a pipeline of highly desirable and diverse candidates using emerging tools, online resources and applicant tracking system (ATS) resources.
- Implements Market specific recruitment strategies that enable us to meet or exceed targets
- Executes Recruitment Strategy in growth market and partners with the VP/GM's to meet targets
- Mentors and develops other Directors to ensure Recruitment Strategies are created and met
- Mentors and develops Directors to ensure weekly capacity plans are developed, implemented and executed.
- Maintains weekly recruiter scorecard and pivots when needed on recruiter req loads
- Developing and implementing recruiting brand management and social media strategy that will enhance and complement the recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. Creatively develop and effectively execute new and progressive recruiting models, methodologies and strategies for delivering the business requirements
- Ensure accountability for all external and internal parties involved in the recruiting process for compliance with applicable applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all external regulatory and internal policy recruiting and hiring requirements (EEO tracking, background screening, pre-employment drug screening, etc.)
- Produces talent acquisition metrics, reporting and the integrity of the data, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of tool for past trends and forecasting.
- Leading strategic staffing discussions with business leaders and HR partners to appropriately and continually align recruiting objectives with evolving business objectives and demonstrate the use of non-traditional recruiting methodologies.
