Plant Controller (Buford and Charlotte)

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead budgets, forecasts, weekly sales reporting, estimates, and financial modeling
• Deliver financial analysis, management reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, and benchmarking
• Oversee inventory costing, cost control, investment evaluations, and productivity improvements
• Conduct ROI analyses, business cases, capex proposals, and scenario modelling
• Manage customer and product margin analysis, profitability assessment, and pricing approval support
• Drive procurement savings with Operations (supplier cost control, logistics optimization, indirect cost reduction)
• Support digitalization and process automation

Requirements:

• 10+; years of experience, including ~7 years in a manufacturing/plant finance environment
• Background in international manufacturing groups
• Strong project management, business partnering, and transformation experience
• Proven ability to lead financial functions for businesses >USD 25m
• Agile and effective in complex, fastmoving industrial settings
• MBA and CPA preferred
• Expert-level Excel, financial analysis, and PowerPoint skills

Anticipated compensation range: $110-130K + bonus
