Location: IT Depot - 5211 Linbar Dr., Nashville, TN 37211 (100% onsite)

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Overview

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Help Desk Support II specialist to join our Nashville-based IT Depot. This is a fully onsite, individual contributor position designed for a technical professional who prefers a hands-on, operational environment over a traditional remote call center or administrative setting.

This role focuses on the execution of the physical lifecycle of our IT assets-from unboxing and imaging to deployment and inventory maintenance. We are looking for a reliable self-starter who can take ownership of the daily flow of the Depot and maintain a highly organized, efficient workspace. This role offers the unique opportunity to balance technical troubleshooting with active physical logistics in a fast-paced support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level II Support by delivering technical assistance via phone, email, and remote tools for Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Utilize a professional and friendly phone manner to resolve complex issues, prioritizing direct verbal communication to ensure first-call resolution.
  • Coordinate daily hardware logistics, including facilitating shipping vendor pickups and occasional equipment transport to our Franklin corporate office.
  • Test and image desktops and laptops for deployment, ensuring all devices meet the technical standards required for clinical use.
  • Utilize EntraID and Halo to manage user identities, security groups, and ticket documentation to ensure all actions are properly logged.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of company assets within the inventory tracking system, ensuring every piece of hardware is accounted for from arrival to deployment.
  • Proactively manage the physical organization of the Nashville Depot, including unboxing equipment, organizing storage, and coordinating warranties/returns with vendors.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or, equivalent work experience. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a technical support or IT operations role. Prior experience in clinic IT operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with EntraID and Halo is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage a physical workspace and inventory independently with high levels of dependability and initiative.
  • Experience coordinating with shipping vendors and managing time-sensitive asset deployments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide white-glove service to clinical and corporate staff over the phone and in person.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally lift/move equipment up to 60 pounds.
