CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Oversee the daily maintenance operations at Brecksville Global Technology Center:



  • Manage maintenance work orders in CMMS, schedule and update as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding work order status and assign work orders to department technicians.
  • Respond on all mechanical equipment and building emergencies, notifying appropriate personnel and following safety protocols.
  • Execute preventative maintenance measures on all facilities and equipment.
  • Plan utility and site system outages including internal and external technicians.
  • Prepare and complete department paperwork for maintenance or repairs.
  • Act as main point of contact for building maintenance systems and technology, such as building automation
  • Daily communication with peers on status of repairs, personnel, and performance.


Additional Responsibilities:



  • This position responds to after hour alarms/emergencies and directs third-party contractors on appropriate action that needs to be taken.
  • May require on-call and in-person support during afterhours and/or weekends.
  • Work with contractors on site projects overseeing work to assure all projects awarded to contractors are completed in a professional manner and meets all contractual obligations.
  • Obtain bid documents for repairs and present to management for approval
  • Assist leadership with budget process and asset management tracking.
  • Maintain knowledge of procurement and expense systems
  • All other duties as assigned.


This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Brecksville Morikis Global Technology Center 601 Canal RD. Cleveland OH 44113.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Required:



  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 3-5 years' experience performing maintenance work at commercial buildings.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers and small hand tools.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Experience with Building Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems maintenance.


Preferred:



  • Certification in HVAC and Electrical
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
