Department OverviewThe North America Channel Sales team works with approved Motorola partners and empower partners to provide integrated voice and data solutions to ensure that the business critical needs of commercial customers are continuously met. Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for the direct comprehensive sales planning and strategic account management for both new and existing clients, overseeing the full portfolio of solutions and products. You will also lead the strategy and execution of the enterprise sales team, including hiring, professional development, and performance coaching to drive business results. Location & Travel Requirements:
Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
