Our client is looking for a Talent Mobility Coordinator to join their team!
This is a 12 month long, full time (40 hours/week) contract assignment that will require onsite work in Los Gatos, CA. Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of Talent Mobility programs across UCAN, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external vendors for relocation and immigration processes.
- Manage intake and tracking of mobility requests through internal systems, ensuring timely responses, accurate case routing, and consistent follow-through across stakeholders.
- Initiate and coordinate vendor engagements for relocation and immigration cases, gathering required information and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Prepare and maintain mobility and immigration documentation, including employer support letters, case files, and required records within HR systems.
- Monitor data integrity across systems, ensuring all employee mobility records, documentation, and compliance requirements are accurately maintained and audit-ready.
- Generate reports, cost estimates, and program insights using data from internal systems and external partners to support decision-making and program oversight.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and operational processes, contributing to scalable and efficient Talent Mobility practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, and external partners to ensure a high-quality employee experience throughout relocation and immigration processes.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in HR, Talent Operations, Mobility, or a related administrative function within a fast-paced, global organization.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working with HR systems, ticketing tools, or case management platforms, with a focus on data integrity and process tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with relocation and/or immigration processes is preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45.00-$50.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
