Position Overview The Client Solutions Consultant (CSC) serves as a client-facing, post-implementation strategic solution advisor for assigned accounts, focused on optimizing the performance and value realization of Zelis products and solutions within their client portfolio. Collaborating closely with the Strategic Client Executive (SCE), the CSC helps clients achieve targeted outcomes while maximizing revenue and value for Zelis. As the subject matter expert (SME) for designated business units, the CSC drives product utilization, adoption, and growth, and acts as the primary contact for solution-specific escalations, performance management, and value demonstration, ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.This role manages a broader portfolio of small to medium clients, typically less complex within their business segment vertical and generating moderate to lower revenue for Zelis. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies. Base Salary Range $95,000.00 - $120,650.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
