The Technology Order Fulfillment Supply Chain Planning team is looking for a dynamic and organized planner to optimize supply for production and new product introduction. This role involves collaborating with operations, engineering, R&D, users, and global corporate management teams to develop and implement supply chain plans and strategies.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:
* Plan reviews and supply balancing: Regularly review supply chain plans and balance materials to ensure supply readiness.
* Supply and Demand management: Communicate with customers and stakeholders.
* New part setups: Coordinate and conduct new part setups to ensure smooth integration into the supply chain.
* Operational direction: Guide operational teams to execute supply chain plans.
* Information analysis: Gather and analyze supply chain data to make informed decisions.
* Continuous improvement: Develop and implement ideas for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
* New part setups: Coordinate and conduct new part setups to ensure smooth integration into the supply chain.


Qualifications

Qualitications:

This role demands extensive knowledge and experience, along with the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to achieving objectives, a readiness to learn new skills, and a swift contribution to team success
* Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred with relevant experience.
* Ability to manage and create innovative solutions to complex problems.
* Strong business sense with a clear understanding of supply chain and planning fundamentals.
* Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver results.

Skills:
* Exceptionally strong communication and teamwork skills.
* MS Office suite of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Advance MS-Excel skill preferred.
* Experience with MS-Copilot, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis Maestro and web-based tools/systems.
* Manufacturing knowledge of Bills of Material (BOM) and planning for new products.

Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
