Business Process Specialist - Supply Chain Analyst

Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our team managing supply chain functions for our world-class technology centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on business process optimization, program management, and project management. This role will involve overseeing and improving supply chain processes, coordinating cross-functional programs, and ensuring the successful implementation of supply chain initiatives to support business growth and efficiency. This position will be responsible for coordinating Keysight Labs, engineering, and operations on the establishment and launch of semiconductor solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead Keysight Labs engagement to define and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for new solution introductions, including planning, material/information and financial flows, manufacturing readiness, and logistics.
* Drive multifunction supply chain engagements for semiconductor technologies, emphasizing supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of cost, service levels, and inventory to support lab-to-production transitions.
* Design, develop, and implement scalable end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, and tools that enable rapid introduction of new semiconductor solutions from Keysight Labs into operations.
* Identify capability gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen labs engagement, accelerate new solution introductions, and improve supply chain readiness for Labs technology roadmaps.
* Partner with Operations, NPI, Engineering, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure the system and process framework meets Labs and Operations business requirements through launch and ramp.

Key Focus Areas:
* Demand, supply, and capacity analytics to support lab builds, pilot runs, and production ramps for semiconductor operations.
* Supply chain analysis and active engagement with Keysight Labs and Operations on operating models, sourcing/fulfillment strategies, and constraints to enable new solution introductions.
* Ensure timely, consistent communication of program and supply chain performance (readiness, risks, and mitigations) to Labs, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders.
* Coordinate and present supply chain content for new innovation introduction checkpoint gates.
* Business process optimization and continuous improvement to standardize lab-to-production handoffs, improve NPI governance, and reduce cycle time semiconductor solution launches.

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
* Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lead and coordinate supply chain projects.
* Experience with business process optimization and improvement.
* Proficiency in program and project management.
* Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power Apps and PowerBI

Santa Rosa, CA Pay Range: MIN $117,000.00 - MAX $196,000.00
