As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Practice Resident (PGY1) at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, you also function a clinical staff pharmacist, participating in education and service in the pharmacy or in a specialty area. Residents interact with other health care professionals to make recommendations regarding drug therapy under the tutelage of a clinical pharmacy preceptor. The resident will receive education and training in various areas of clinical pharmacy. Residents will also be educated in providing drug information and in pharmacy and therapeutics activities. In addition, the resident/clinical staff pharmacist evaluates and interprets orders; compounds; and dispenses medications according to written orders/prescriptions issued by an authorized prescriber. About the Facility: Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is a state-of-the-art 456-bed facility offering a 24-hour Emergency Department, Level 1 Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, three Family Health Centers, and the only Burn Center serving San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo and Mono counties. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacies: Arrowhead provides both Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy Services. The Inpatient Pharmacy is open 24/7, 365 days a year while the Outpatient Pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-9:00pm and weekends and holidays from 8:00am-7:30pm. The pharmacies utilize Epic, FSI, and Pyxis. Primary Responsibilities:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $55,000 to $85,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
