Essential Job Functions:



  • Lead the vision and execution of dynamic outlet programming by driving innovative marketing strategies, strategic partnerships, and engaging activations that elevate brand presence and maximize revenue
  • Champion a high-impact F&B lifestyle and revenue strategy by aligning operations, optimizing pricing and promotions, and empowering teams to deliver elevated experiences that position each outlet as a market-leading brand
  • Accelerate revenue growth by creating compelling ticketed experiences, premium beverage offerings, and memorable private events that drive profitability and guest loyalty
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team by recruiting top talent and delivering a robust training program focused on product expertise, sales excellence, and flawless event execution
  • Drive operational excellence and profitability through strategic cost control, clear accountability, and effective leadership across all food and beverage sub-departments
  • Continuously elevate the guest experience by analyzing customer feedback and market trends to proactively refine offerings, ensuring relevance, satisfaction, and competitive advantage


Physical Demands:




  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Some sedentary office work to complete reports and other computer-related projects.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED, 6-years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred, or
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, 4-years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area; or
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, 2-years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area


Education:



  • Managers Food Handling Certification and Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
  • CPR Certification required, Frist Aide training, and AED Certification preferred


Experience:



  • Required Experience in Food and Beverage Management
  • Full-Time position with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
