Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
*Assemble prototype devices and subassemblies used for eMobility testing and costumer orders
*Cut, strip, and prepare electrical cables (including large-gauge wire)
*Assemble electrical connectors, terminals, seals, and housings
*Operate ultrasonic welding equipment to weld terminals to cable
*Support crimping operations using lab crimping equipment
*Build test samples per engineering instructions and test requests
*Perform basic visual inspections and assist with dimensional checks
*Label, organize, and track prototype parts and assemblies
*Follow established lab procedures, safety requirements, and EHS practices
*Work alongside engineers to meet testing schedules and project deadlines
*Maintain a clean and organized lab work area

Required Qualifications
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical assembly
*Comfortable using hand tools and bench-top equipment
*Ability to follow work instructions and engineering drawings
*Willingness to work in a lab environment with safety procedures
*Strong attention to detail and quality
