About this job: Part-time/hourly temp Administrative Office Support provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Volunteer Services office and Rooftop Cafe at UI Health Care Medical Center University Campus (MCU), assisting with a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to, onboarding and compliance database management; managing the patient email program; sending department communications; updating information within the volunteer database; supporting staff recognition initiatives and events; and processing staff awards. Serves as a primary point of contact for the volunteer receptionist and office volunteers, acts as a backup receptionist as needed, and collaborates closely with the Administrative Services Specialist to ensure efficient office workflow. Additionally, provides backup support for the Rooftop Cafe and may assist with daily and monthly ordering for cafe operations. Job Type: Temporary (limited to 780 hours per fiscal year, with no benefits) Rate of Pay: $15 - $17.50/hour, based on years of previous related/relevant experience.
