Location: Hybrid (The Morton Arboretum, Lisle, IL) Position Summary: Lead the recruitment, selection, and staffing functions for the People and Culture department. Partner with supervisors to ensure a talent acquisition process that attracts and retains top talent, and support managers in facilitating career mobility for their team members. As part of the People and Culture team, promote positive employee relations and foster employee engagement. Essential Functions:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of direct talent acquisition experience required, with broad human resources experience preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficiency with Google applications beneficial; applicant tracking systems, and HR/Payroll systems required. Project coordination skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks, all at various stages of execution. Ability to adapt to changes with new technologies and evolving trends. Success Factors: Outgoing, friendly, and energetic individual who is able to relate effectively with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, education, ages and experiences. Highly organized individual who can handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. The expected hiring range for this position is annualized at $60,000-$66,000 based on experience. Experience and qualifications will be evaluated during the candidate selection process.
