SUMMARY:
The EOHS Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative, onboarding, and respirator fit-testing support to the EOHS function collaborating with other team members.. Reporting to EOHS Manager and in partnership with Talent Acquisition Coordinator , the EOHS Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the EOHS onboarding process for all new hires. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating all EOHS pre-boarding requirements in a timely manager. Monitoring onboarding requirements to ensure employee is cleared prior to start date and all immunization documentation is submitted and clinically cleared prior to onboarding. Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Responds to candidate inquires. Understands and applies the policies, procedures, regulations, and statutes associated with new hire onboarding Collaborates with the team on continuous improvement and value-added processes and projects Supports the respirator fit testing program for all new hires, including recordkeeping required for reporting needs. EXPERIENCE: Two to three years progressively more responsible related experience in healthcare, demonstrating familiarity with human resources services and policies at the system and affiliate level. Prefer experience with electronic medical record and appointment scheduling software. QUALIFICATIONS: Detail-oriented, flexible and a team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation. Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks and requests from multiple sources. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Strong computer skills including MS Office, Word and Excel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Healthcare environment such as acute care hospitals, physicians' offices and ancillary healthcare enterprises. Works with medical equipment and has direct patient contact. Any potential hazards are minimized by adherence to established safety procedures and precautions including use safety equipment and protective clothing. Walks and stands intermittently throughout the day. Pay Range: $23.11-$38.16
