Senior Product Manager - Enterprise, Document Cloud

Documents are the currency of every business, and large enterprises rely on Acrobat for critical business outcomes. Adobe is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Adobe Acrobat Product Management team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In this role, you will lead the product roadmap for Acrobat's enterprise customers. This impacts billions in annual revenue, thousands of large enterprises, and millions of monthly active users. It is a high-visibility, strategic role with direct senior executive exposure. You will drive Acrobat's adoption and growth within enterprise customers.

What You'll Do
  • Be the business owner for your products. Set the product vision, enable product execution, and drive business outcomes.
  • Act as a product problem solver who enjoys working alongside engineering, development, marketing, and sales throughout the company.
  • Serve as a product representative to customers, analysts, and internal sales teams, acting as the main customer advocate to support product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with Go To Market teams to successfully launch products, drive adoption, and make customers successful.
  • Manage metrics to measure success of product features. Partner across the organization to develop action plans and improvement recommendations.

  • Influential communicator: You craft compelling narratives and influence collaborators at all levels, from senior leadership to customers.
  • Cross-functional collaborator: You thrive in diverse, highly collaborative environments and align teams to deliver results.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Background in consulting, internal strategy, analytics, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience working with both SMB and Enterprise customers preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
