Position Title: Senior Contract Support Specialist
Location: Remote (U.S.-based) with limited travel for VA onboarding
Employment Type: Full-Time
Clearance: Public Trust / Background Investigation (as required)

Position Overview

Dynamic Management Associates (DMA) is seeking Senior Contract Support Specialists to provide expert-level acquisition advisory services for complex, high-risk Federal procurements. This role supports all acquisition types and dollar thresholds and provides leadership and technical guidance to acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level acquisition advisory support across pre-award and post-award phases
  • Lead and support complex service, construction/AE, and specialized acquisitions
  • Review and refine acquisition strategies, source selection criteria, and procurement documentation
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior acquisition support personnel
  • Analyze complex contracting issues and develop alternative acquisition solutions
  • Support development and execution of complex service and healthcare-related contracts
  • Assist in gap analyses, cost element evaluation, and acquisition risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites and service lines
  • Ensure acquisition packages comply with FAR, VAAR, and agency-specific policy

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of recent Federal acquisition support experience (within last seven years)
  • Experience supporting contracts above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT)
  • Specialized experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Construction / Architect-Engineering (FAR Parts 14, 15, 36, 43)
  • Complex service contracts (including healthcare-related services)
  • Leasing and specialized agreements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree OR 24 semester hours in business-related disciplines(accounting, finance, law, contracts, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FAR, VAAR, and Federal acquisition policy
  • Certification: FAC-C (any level), DAWIA Level III, or equivalent training

Required Skills

  • Advanced acquisition strategy and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide leadership and technical direction
  • Strong understanding of cost, pricing, and acquisition risk
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Government acquisition systems
