Position Title: Mid-Level Contract Support Specialist
Location: Remote (U.S.-based) with limited travel for VA onboarding
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary $70K/yearly
Clearance: Public Trust / Background Investigation (as required)

Position Overview

Dynamic Management Associates (DMA) is seeking experienced Mid-Level Contract Support Specialists to provide comprehensive acquisition lifecycle support to Federal Contracting Offices. This role supports complex pre-award and post-award activities and provides direct advisory support to COs, CSs, and program stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of the Federal acquisition lifecycle in accordance with FAR and VAAR
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis of technical, cost, and price data
  • Draft and review acquisition requirements, ensuring receipt of complete and compliant procurement packages
  • Provide acquisition advice and assistance to requiring activities and technical experts
  • Assist in development and validation of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
  • Support acquisition planning, milestone tracking, and contract administration functions
  • Analyze pricing data and draft price reasonableness determinations
  • Prepare and draft contract modifications and associated documentation
  • Assist in monitoring contractor performance and resolving contract administration issues
  • Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to analyze issues and recommend courses of action

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years of recent Federal acquisition support experience (within last five years)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree OR 24 semester hours in business-related disciplines (accounting, finance, law, contracts, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FAR, VAAR, and Federal acquisition policy

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple acquisition actions concurrently
  • Experience supporting price analysis and contract modifications
  • Effective communication with Government and contractor stakeholders
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Government acquisition systems
