The Agile Operations Intern will support the Interconnection Management Systems (IMS) team by helping convert incoming support requests into clear, structured Jira work items. This role focuses on backlog hygiene, work intake, and operational clarity, enabling product owners and technical analysts to spend more time solving problems and less time clarifying them. The role will also assist with curating official project documentation. IMS is Duke Energy's platform used to manage interconnection requests for Net Metered and utilityscale generation. The intern will gain handson experience applying Agile concepts (Kanban and Scrum) in a fastpaced, realworld environment while supporting a missioncritical system. They will also gain critical insights into cross-functional prioritization strategies and business collaboration. Specific Responsibilities
