The Legal Services Manager is a member of SEI's Legal & Compliance Department and provides legal services in support of SEI's market units and corporate entities. The role supports legal matters related to the provision of accounting, administration, and distribution services to registered investment products, including mutual funds, exchangetraded funds, closedend funds, and collective investment trusts as well as support for SEI's corporate governance activities. This position operates under the direction of senior legal professionals and is responsible for managing defined legal workstreams, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and producing high-quality, reliable work product within a highly regulated environment.
