Job Purpose & Summary System High Corporation delivers advanced protection and mission assurance capabilities supporting the nation's most critical space, missile defense, and strategic deterrence missions. We are seeking a Capture Director/Manager - Space, Missile & Strategic Systems to lead growth across space and missile defense organizations, expanding System High's footprint in one of the fastest-growing and most strategically critical mission areas in the Department of Defense. This role will focus on securing and scaling opportunities across classified, high-impact programs supporting space operations, missile defense, and strategic deterrence. Primary Responsibility Own and grow a $50M-$100M+ pipeline across:
- Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
- Space Systems Command (SSC)
- Space Rapid Capabilities Office (Space RCO)
- U.S. Space Force
- U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC)
Deep Customer Facing Connections
- Maintain direct access to key stakeholders, including:
- Program Managers
- Technical Directors
- Acquisition leadership
- Operational commands
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Gain insight into classified and pre-decisional programs
- Influence program direction and requirements
- Establish System High as a trusted mission enabler in sensitive environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute capture strategies across space and missile defense portfolios
- Expand System High's presence within MDA and space-related acquisition organizations
- Identify and pursue opportunities tied to:
- mission assurance
- program protection
- system security
- Build and lead high-performing capture teams and partner ecosystems
- Lead shaping activities, including:
- early engagement with program offices
- solution alignment to mission needs
- competitive positioning
- Drive full lifecycle capture execution from qualification through award
Required Experience
- 10+ years of capture / BD experience in DoD or IC environments
- Proven success capturing $50M-$100M+ programs
- Direct experience with:
- MDA, Space Force, SSC, or USASMDC
- Understanding of:
- space systems
- missile defense architectures
- classified program environments
