Job Purpose & Summary

System High Corporation delivers advanced protection, program security, and mission assurance solutions that enable the nation's most sensitive defense programs to operate securely and without disruption.

We are seeking a Capture Director/Manager - Strategic Weapon Systems Security to lead growth across high-consequence air, naval, and nuclear weapons system programs. This role is responsible for expanding System High's footprint beyond the F-35 into adjacent platforms and program offices where security, protection, and mission assurance are critical to operational success.

This is a frontline growth role focused on building and capturing a portfolio of strategic programs across key acquisition commands and program executive offices.



Primary Responsibility

Own and grow a $50M-$100M+ pipeline across:



  • Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
  • Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)
  • Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)
  • Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC)
  • Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)


Deep Customer Facing Connections (MANDATORY)



  • Maintain direct, trusted relationships with:

    • Program Managers (PMs)
    • Deputy PMs
    • PEO-level leadership
    • Senior acquisition and security stakeholders




  • Demonstrate the ability to:

    • Access pre-RFP intelligence
    • Shape requirements before release
    • Position System High as a trusted mission partner, not a vendor





Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute capture strategies aligned to System High's strategic growth priorities across weapon system programs
  • Expand incumbent positions (e.g., F-35) into adjacent programs and platforms
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities tied to system security, program protection, and mission assurance
  • Build and lead winning teams (internal + external partners)
  • Drive opportunity shaping, including:

    • customer engagement
    • solution positioning
    • competitive intelligence


  • Lead end-to-end capture of large, complex pursuits ($50M-$100M+)
  • Provide regular pipeline, risk, and win strategy updates to executive leadership

Qualifications

Required Experience



  • 10+ years of capture / BD experience in DoD acquisition environments
  • Proven success capturing $50M-$100M+ programs
  • Direct experience with:

    • NAVAIR, AFLCMC, NAVSEA, or AFNWC


  • Strong understanding of:

    • weapon system lifecycle
    • program protection/security requirements


  • Demonstrated ability to expand existing programs into adjacent portfolios


Clearance



  • Active TS/SCI required
