Job Title: SN Architect - ITFM & Apptio One Location(s): Austin, TX Primary Responsibilities Lead the implementation of ServiceNow-based service management solutions, partnering with solution architects to ensure seamless deployment and alignment with business requirements. Translate functional needs into technical configurations and develop presentation materials to communicate solution design and progress. Provide technical leadership for the implementation team, with a focus on ServiceNow IT Financial Management (ITFM) capabilities and integrations, particularly with ApptioOne and Databricks. Guide the team through design, build, and deployment phases, ensuring solutions remain aligned with business objectives throughout the transition lifecycle. Own and drive ITFM capability development within ServiceNow, including end-to-end integration design, platform dependencies, and optimization of financial management processes. Support full project lifecycle activities, including project planning, resource evaluation, technical decision-making, risk and issue escalation, and go-live support. Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones. Act as the technical lead for client-facing engagements, including solution demonstrations and discussions. Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as story preparation and execution, working closely with the Scrum Master and cross-functional teams. REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow, ITFM, solid technical knowledge of client/server applications and their associated infrastructure and network requirements.
- Excellent oral and written skills are a must as the role frequently conducts presentations to and interacts with all levels of Capgemini and Client organizations, creating the content, and writing and editing deliverables.
- Proficient ITIL Process knowledge as the role uses that knowledge combined with ServiceNow knowledge to assist in the design of the solution, and in assisting the client to define their requirements for ServiceNow configuration. The goal is to strongly urge the use of Capgemini-defined functionality of the toolset to satisfy client requirements in lieu of creating one-off solutions.
- Understand the business use of SNOW configurations.
- Understand the downstream impact of SNOW Configuration in follow-on reporting and interface applications.
- Proven ability to develop positive working relationships in a distributed team, and to create effective collaboration with direct and extended team members is vital.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines.
- Design and develop data integrations, ETL pipelines, and workflows in ServiceNow.
Required:
- IT Financial Management (ITFM).
- IT Service Level Management (ITSLM).
- Cloud Financial System Optimization.
Preferred:
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- IT Enterprise Architecture (ITEA).
- Cloud Financial System Optimization.
Experience
- A minimum of three years IT leadership experience as a team lead, project manager, or service delivery manager.
- At least five years ServiceNow development and support experience.
Skills/Certifications
- ServiceNow accreditation as a professional ServiceNow Engineer desired.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (not required in exchange for working experience).
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications65.
