You will help manage entry activity, monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, production spaces, and sensitive equipment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe conditions, report unusual activity, and support security-related operations.
• Assist with visitor processing, delivery screening, key and badge accountability, and logkeeping in support of daily access management and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions.
