The Opportunity:
Avantor is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenRegion Sales Directorto lead a high-performing team across thestate of New York. This individual will be responsible for managing amulti-million-dollar portfolioand driving strategic growth across key market segments, includingHigher Education, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Industrialsectors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of sales leadership, market segmentation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute territory plans, coach and inspire a team, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders to expand Avantor's presence and impact in the region. This role is best suited for a leader based near the New York City metropolitan area to effectively support customers and sales teams across the state. What we're looking for:

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions) Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. Pay Transparency The expected pre-tax pay for this position is, $108,050.00 - $183,540.00This reflects base salary. This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of, $154,400.00 - $262,200.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.
