Procore is a global leader in the construction industry, dedicated to fostering innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior Director of Executive Events & Experiences to lead our strategic customer and prospect event engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading, aligning and connecting executive event experiences across key areas, including: 1. Groundbreak: Oversight of our global customer conference, as well as other Procore-owned events. 2. Digital Events Strategy: Leveraging technology to scale message and expand reach. 3. Executive Briefing Program: Leading our global network of Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) to deliver innovative and impactful experiences. 4. Adoption and Engagement Experiences: Leading initiatives such as Culture Academy and Customer Advisory Boards, which foster a rich customer community that shapes our future. This position will lead a world-class events team, drive innovation in customer experiences, and foster strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. This position reports to our CMO and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of event experts, while keeping them connected to the broader Marketing team and business priorities. * AI Forward Orientation: Apply an AI lens on how to create differentiated experiences and streamline processes which challenge the status quo. * Customer Engagement: Design and implement high-touch experiences tailored to top accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring deep engagement with our solutions. * Enterprise & Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key partners, customers, and industry leaders to maximize the impact of events and enhance business outcomes. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure events alignment with the marketing and business strategy. * Innovation & Thought Leadership: Continuously evolve the program by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, customer insights, compelling and relevant content strategies, and best practices to create differentiated experiences. * Metrics & Performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the Executive Briefing Program, drive continuous improvement, and demonstrate business impact. What We're Looking For: * BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable * 15+ years' experience in a global B2B company; public company experience preferred * Experience leading and inspiring globally distributed teams teams to meet and exceed stretch goals * Ability to be a visionary while applying the tactical expertise to achieve "big picture" objectives * Strong analytical skills with the ability to capture and share key data and insights, and use them to drive key marketing strategies and decisions * Exemplary communication, executive presence and presentation skills inside and outside of Procore * Experience successfully building and leading diverse teams * Demonstrated high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership Additional InformationBase Pay Range: 247,200.00 - 339,900.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
