Service Management Professional - Cybersecurity

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Service Management Professional - Cybersecurity for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, or Las Colinas, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

The Cybersecurity Platform organization is seeking a Service Management professional for Cybersecurity Technology. The individual will be part of a team of professionals aligned locally across the end-to-end service management organization. This role requires working well in a rapid-paced environment and possessing senior incident, change, and problem management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with a focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements
• Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
• Lead technology execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness and limit risk exposure
• Interpret and develop a range of policies and procedures for long-range and fundamental retooling of perspective, approach, and capabilities
• Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, and address conflict
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
• Implement and facilitate measurement, reporting, and portfolio management routines to drive transparency throughout the change lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to ECM and Cybersecurity change procedures, as well as any other applicable enterprise policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Service Management experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent
• Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL, and ServiceDesk principles
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications, including SharePoint
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Professional communication skills

Desired skills:

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Prior experience with large scale, operationally intense operational transformation initiatives
• Experience designing and operationalizing ITIL methodologies and reporting analytics with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of agile and product management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate results
• Ability to develop an independent point of view and lead through problem-solving
• A BS/BA degree or higher

Pay range: $36.56 - $44.56 per hour
