Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Centers & ILA RecruiterReady Role Summary This Project Manager owns the endtoend delivery of infrastructure projects supporting hyperscale data centers and InLine Amplifier (ILA) facilities, acting on the owner/operator side. The role leads daily coordination of mechanical, electrical, and cooling systems, ensuring facilities are built, commissioned, and turned over with full operational readiness. The PM partners with engineering firms, construction teams, HVAC vendors, and commissioning agents to deliver projects on schedule while meeting stringent technical and uptime requirements. A strong focus is placed on cooling system performance, commissioning, and readiness to support highdensity equipment in missioncritical environments serving customers such as Meta, Microsoft, Google, and Oracle. Required Experience * Ownerside Project Manager experience delivering data center, hyperscaler, or ILA facilities * Handson management of MEP systems, with emphasis on HVAC and cooling * Experience supporting carriergrade or missioncritical infrastructure * Leading vendors through construction commissioning turnover Technical Strengths * Reads and manages MEP drawings, submittals, RFIs, and schedules * Deep understanding of data center cooling systems (chilled water, DX, CRAH/CRAC, containment) * Familiar with rack & stack coordination and impacts on power/cooling * Strong commissioning literacy (FAT/SAT, IST, functional testing, turnover docs) Soft Skills * Calm under pressure in alwayson environments * Clear communicator with engineers, contractors, and internal ops teams * Proactive issue escalation and risk mitigation * Scheduledriven with ownership mindset Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bethpage, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
