Job Description

The HR Program Manager leads and administers a variety of human resources programs while ensuring effective communication, training, and branding across the HR function. The role is responsible for developing and delivering internal HR training, advising leaders and staff on HR programs, and maintaining the HR department calendar to support coordinated processes and initiatives. This position collaborates closely with HR leadership and Internal Communications to ensure consistent, clear messaging and to uphold HR branding aligned with the organization's overall identity. The role requires strong communication, project leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least three years of HR experience are required, with Workday experience preferred.

Additional Essential Functions
* Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
* Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
* Work as part of a team
* Work with on-site equipment

Additional Responsibilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management, dynamics of employee development and professional growth, and training program design and presentation.
* Experience leading projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.
* Ability to plan, organize and present training activities to diverse employee groups.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or related field
