Job Description The HR Program Manager leads and administers a variety of human resources programs while ensuring effective communication, training, and branding across the HR function. The role is responsible for developing and delivering internal HR training, advising leaders and staff on HR programs, and maintaining the HR department calendar to support coordinated processes and initiatives. This position collaborates closely with HR leadership and Internal Communications to ensure consistent, clear messaging and to uphold HR branding aligned with the organization's overall identity. The role requires strong communication, project leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least three years of HR experience are required, with Workday experience preferred.
