As a Business Development Representative II, Healthcare, at Spectrum, you will research accounts, initiate strategic prospecting and collaborate with sales teams to build a robust pipeline. How You'll Make an Impact
* Generate new business opportunities by proactively researching accounts and directing prospecting efforts
* Build meaningful client relationships and collaborate with field-based sales teams and Sales Engineers to identify buying opportunities and transition accounts seamlessly
* Consistently achieve activity goals by making 50+ contacts daily and scheduling qualified appointments using Spectrum's outreach techniques
* Track all sales activity and manage reporting through Salesforce and other tools, ensuring accurate pipeline management
* Assess client needs and identify decision makers through outbound campaigns, providing detailed explanations of Spectrum products and services
* Uphold client satisfaction and professionalism by qualifying prospects and determining serviceability
* Act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Operations and Sales to enhance efficiency and support pre- and post-sale activities

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience
* 1+ years of experience in business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/software-as-a-service business development
* Experience in business and account planning implementation
Skills
* Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
* Aptitude to learn Spectrum Business product suite and approach to sales
* Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization
* Committed to continuously learning new sales skills and techniques
