Job Responsibilities: The Director of Affinity Marketing plays a key role in driving the strategy of ADABEI to meet $6,000,000+ revenue goal. This person will be responsible for developing and leading omni-channel integrated marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, maintain and increase satisfaction amongst endorsed providers and collaborate closely with internal ADA stakeholders to support organizational goals and maximize opportunities. This person is expected to be deadline focused and have excellent leadership, organizational, communication and decision-making skills and experience with digital, print, content and social media marketing. This role necessitates championing a diverse portfolio of 25+ different products and professional services and should have deep dental industry insight that drives individual strategies for each product and service. Strategic planning capabilities are of upmost importance. Budgetary management responsibilities include allocation of $800,000+ marketing budget, oversight of specific endorsed provider sponsorship budgets as well as management of multiple agency and contractor projects. Account management and product launch experience is crucial to the success of this role. Must Have:
