1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations required.
• Strong understanding of inventory KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (D365 preferred).
• Experience conducting cycle counts and performing root cause analysis strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet established metrics and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to determine corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy and control.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances between warehouse management systems and physical counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system (D365 preferred).
• Collaborate with operations, receiving, and shipping teams to correct process gaps impacting inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and quality standards.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to reduce shrinkage and discrepancies.
• Support system updates, adjustments, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain organized documentation of inventory reports and corrective actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
