W2 ONLY, No C2C HYBRID Schedule in Westerville, OH REQUIRED SKILLS: 5+ years Scrum Master experience in enterprise environments Strong handson Azure DevOps experience Agile / SAFe enterprise delivery experience Financial services or regulated industry exposure preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills Required Certifications: CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master (required) Job Summary The Scrum Master will support the Account Onboarding Modernization initiative by guiding Agile teams through enterprise Scrum and SAFe practices, facilitating ceremonies, managing sprint execution in Azure DevOps, and removing delivery impediments. This role partners closely with the Project Manager, Technical BSA, and engineering teams to ensure delivery alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Manage sprint boards, cards, and reporting in Azure DevOps (ADO) Remove impediments and escalate risks and dependencies Coach teams on Agile and SAFe best practices Partner with Project Manager to align sprint execution with overall delivery milestones Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) Support delivery in a regulated financial services environment Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years Scrum Master experience in enterprise environments Strong handson Azure DevOps experience Agile / SAFe enterprise delivery experience Financial services or regulated industry exposure preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Westerville, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
