As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol in Montgomery, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disturbances while reporting concerns through established channels.
• Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining professional presence and communication, and assisting with directions, questions, and other customer service needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• This position is a primarily driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
