POSITION SUMMARY

The Receptionist - role will be responsible for secretarial responsibilities, filing, and other assistant functions.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serves as first point of contact at front desk.
  • Answers and manages incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Receives and interacts with visitors.
  • Arranges and coordinates intra-office events.
  • Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies and other inventories.
  • Sorts and distributes mail and packages, also maintains postage machine.
  • Manages deliveries.
  • Create and ship ID badges.
  • Scanning and Filing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • General office skills and working with periodic deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • General office and computer knowledge.
