The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $147,285-$148,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications:Support regional business objectives at key accounts including growing wallet share within key accounts and penetrating target accounts with product, solution, and service offerings. Oversee the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals. Assist management in developing sales plans and strategies. Develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans to achieve budget. Communicate the value proposition of advanced material handling technologies and present solutions along with highly complex Return on Investment (ROI). Facilitate executive relationships between customer and Dematic with ongoing cadence of consistent T2T (Top-to-Top) meetings, dialogues, and goal sharing. Manage projects involving material handling technologies including conveyor systems, high speed sortation, Multishuttle, mini loads, crane pallets, and Automated Guided Vehicles. Drive team of internal experts to negotiate and close complex sales with executive level individuals. Track ongoing business results compared to the plan's established goals and execute corrective action(s). Leverage market insights, sales colleagues, and company intelligence to develop clear competitor analysis and build into winning sales strategies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and 8 years of experience as an Account Manager, Field Applications Engineer, Sales Engineer, or related occupation. Also requires two years of experience with selling and managing complex, highly technical solution offerings projects involving material handling technologies including conveyor systems, high speed sortation, Multishuttle, mini loads, crane pallets, and Automated Guided Vehicles; Supply Chain Execution software utilizing strategic selling methodologies such as Miller Heiman; Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as SalesForce; AutoCAD; target account identification and prospecting; and negotiation and objection handling training. 30-50% travel for customer site visits and company functions in Southwest U.S. Located at Dematic Corp. in Plano, TX.
