As a Financial Analyst, you will perform a diverse set of tasks, including preforming financial statement preparation, managing GL reconciliations, conducting trend and budget variance analyses, and actively participating in the preparation of organizational budgets and forecasts. Additionally you will be expected to handle financial and operational ad-hoc analyses providing actionable insights that support decision-making and play a vital role in the organization's financial strategy and planning. Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role. You should be comfortable working with multivariable imbedded IF statements, SumIfs, CountIfs, Xlookups, slicers, and sparklines as well as utilizing pivot tables and advanced excel based charting and visualizations, including PowerPoint presentation development. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required to effectively present your findings and collaborate with others.
