Description Management/Leadership Summary: TheManager of Development-LincolnHospitalprovides strategic leadership and execution of fundraising efforts for theLincolnHospitalCommunities(LHC)withinMaineHealth. This roleis responsible forcultivating a culture of philanthropy by building strong relationships with community members, physicians, employees, and prospective major gift donors. TheMangeroversees all aspects of major gift fundraisingrelated to the LHCsand donor engagement to supportMaineHealth'smission and strategic goals. TheManagerplays a critical role in coordinating withCentralizedServices to develop and implement customized strategies to engage donors and prospects. This includes annual appeals, proposal development, estate and plannedgivingstrategies, donor stewardship, pool management, and targeted communications. TheManageris accountable for meeting major gift goals, stewarding donor relationships, and managing a portfolio of key donors and prospects.Supervises philanthropy staff as assigned.
