This role is responsible for assisting patients with care-related inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting authorization processes while ensuring accurate documentation and a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities * Handle highvolume inbound patient calls in a fastpaced healthcare call center environment * Assist patients with questions regarding care, referrals, and authorization status * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments accurately * Enter and update patient information in electronic systems with a high level of accuracy * Use medical terminology appropriately when communicating with patients and care teams * Deliver a customerfocused, empathetic experience while maintaining professionalism * Adhere to HIPAA and organizational compliance standards * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient needs Ideal Candidate Profile * Patientfocused, empathetic communicator with strong problemsolving skills * Comfortable managing multiple tasks and systems simultaneously * Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a highvolume setting * Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent patient service Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Burbank, CA.
