We are seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager in our Clickeze Division to drive the development and success of our product lines.

Job Summary: The Associate Product Manager is the subject matter expert for products in the division and assists with the day-to-day duties of product lifecycle management. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, ability to understand building products and their application, and a desire to learn new product management skills.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assists product managers with various activities, including ownership of line extension NPLs, creating ECR requests, and market research.
  • Gains product management experience and learns and improves processes with guidance from a PM and/or SPM.
  • Serves as subject matter expert and first point of contact for product questions from internal teams.
  • Creates custom product quotes and part numbers for the sales team.
  • Identify potential vendors for sourcing components or products including price negotiations
  • Market Research: Research industry trends and competition and communicate findings internally.
  • Product Development: Assist the product manager with bringing high-quality, innovative, custom and new products to market. Ensure products meet performance, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Evaluate product quality on existing and new products by working with Production and Quality Departments to make necessary recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless production, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, assisting PM, SPM, or VP of Products to ensure products address pain points and deliver value. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform future iterations.


Qualifications:



  • 2-year technical degree and 3 years related work experience, or bachelor's degree and 1-3 years related work experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with timely follow through on completion of tasks.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects on time.
  • Self-starter who is capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communicator with excellent listening and probing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with B2B products in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of commercial and healthcare design trends.
  • Passion for commercial design trends and understanding market needs.
