Overview Bancroft is a leading service provider for children and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals in need of neurological rehabilitation. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with traumatic brain injuries. In this role, you will provide person-centered support that promotes independence, community involvement, and overall well-being. At our Plainsboro location, DSPs work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support adults participating in therapeutic, vocational, and community-based services. Position: Direct Support Professional (Adult Program - BI) Location: Plainsboro, NJ - Day Program Hours: Mon. - Fri. 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Pay: $19.06 -$19.44/hr. Responsibilities
Our Direct Support Professionals carry out behavioral treatment plans and are responsible for collecting direct observational data.
