We're seeking a talented Safety Program Coordinator with practical, fieldinformed experience to support the development and continuous improvement of safety programs across a distributed workforce. This role is not fieldbased and does not have direct reports. Instead, it focuses on translating realworld field conditions into clear, practical, and usable safety policies, procedures, training, and systems.The ideal candidate brings handson exposure to field operations and applies that experience to develop fitforpurpose guidance that is practical, actionable, and grounded in realworld conditions. The Safety Program Coordinator role also supports the management of thirdparty safety platforms, subcontractor vetting processes, and alignment with clientspecific safety and compliance requirements.
