Description
MISO is seeking a Product Owner II to help shape the future of how we manage the electrical grid. This role will support the evolution of a suite of applications used by operators to balance energy and ensure grid reliability. As we transition from a project-based to a product operating model, we're looking for someone who's energized by the opportunity to build structure, advocate for user value, and help define what great product ownership looks like in a complex, evolving environment. The Product Owner is responsible for owning the vision and roadmap for their product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and industry trends. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize the product backlog, guide solution design, and leverages agile delivery practices to maximize value delivery to their end users. By leveraging user feedback, product metrics, and business insights, they deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions that drive strategic outcomes and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to align customer needs, business outcomes, and industry trends-and use user feedback, product metrics, and research insights to guide product direction. This is a hands-on role that requires curiosity, resilience, and a passion for continuous improvement. What you'll do as MISO's Product Owner II:
